Server Now on Linux - A few days ago we made the transition from Windows to Linux (once again) to increase stability and performance. I understand that there are “kinks” in the system that still need to be resolved such as quake sounds not working and a few other things. Please be aware that we are working quickly to resolve these.

CS:S Fun Maps Server - Target has been granted access to this server. If you have any suggestions as far as maps go, please get with him.
[UC] Summer Tournament - Since member activity is at it’s peak during the Summer, it has been suggested that we do a couple of “internal” 3v3 tournaments during the next few months. More to be discussed at this week’s meeting.
Steam Community Group - has been slightly updated with a new “logo” and information. Over the next couple of days we will be implementing a script in the game servers which gives the client an option to automatically join our group. Please send invites when you get a chance to all your friends.
The goal is to help our community grow.

We are pleased to announce after many hours of hard work, the new website is finally here. Over the next few weeks you may see new features and modifications based on comments and suggestions. I would like to thank all that have contributed to the site, especially Ramborocky. It isn’t often someone stays up until 6 in the morning and has to be at work by 7…. and it’s all for [UC].
NEW MODIFICATIONS
1. The Roster – That’s right, because of the simplicity, annually updates are a thing of the past! At the present time there are specific bits of information that I’m asking from all members. If yours are blank, please see me so we can get it taken care of.
2. Ban Disputes - will be resolved through a form located at the top menu of the site. Postings in the forums are a thing of the past as they cause too much argument. Instead, a team will be developed which consists of a few senior administrators. They will receive an email, review the information, and meet each Sunday night to discuss at the meeting.
3. Reporting Abuse – Due to several requests, abuse reports will be submitted through the new form located in the above menu. Note: this applies to both administrators and gold supporters. They are sent directly to Darkwolf only (at the present time) for review and monitoring with hopes of establishing a “team” of senior administrators who will take over. Be sure to include any demos or screenshots.
4. More Regular Updates – Due to the simplicity of the new site, frequent updates to the news page, roster, and other areas will be maintained.
5. Secure Area – Information only for [UC] members… enough said… it’s private!
